For over 20 years, DCP has been providing a strong foundation for ongoing and individualized support. Our well-rounded Board of Directors includes experts in the fields of law, financial planning, nonprofit accounting, and nonprofit and for-profit administration, as well as family members and community advocates. All of our Board Members are committed to ensuring the protection of individuals with special needs.

A special thanks to board members (l-r) Gary Heckert, Steve Ritchie, and Karly Laughlin, along with Mike Kelly from Belfint Lyons & Shuman, and Ellen Ritchie, for representing Delaware CarePlan at DFRC's Annual Blue-Gold All*Star Football Game!
The event, held June 21, 2019, at the University of Delaware, is one of DFRC's signature fundraising events and highlights their Hand-in-Hand program, where high school football players, cheerleaders, band members, and ambassadors are matched with children and young adults with intellectual disABILITIES.
Students and their buddies participate in statewide events throughout the year. Delaware CarePlan, Inc. values our partnership with DFRC in making a difference in the lives of those with special needs.
